777 project from Hans G. Schuetz.

April 12th, I got another package from America!

Simply click on the pictures, to open an 850 x 567 pixel sized view of the corresponding picture!

747 Tiller

747 Steering tiller

Here are the two steering tiller from an old B 747! They look very similar to the new style tiller used in the B 777.

They need a little 777-brown paint, and then they will look almost like new once...

Landing light switches

I ordered six landing light switches as well. Why six? Three for Klaus and three for me! They are in a good condition and are working!

Landing light switch - close up

This is a close up of the landing light switch! You can see the typical shape of those switches. I need to clean it, and then the switch is ready for the panel!

737 style clipboard

Here you see my new 737 style clipboard. OK, its not the style used in the 777, but as I have 737 yokes, I need the original clipboard too! And I love those old style control columns and wheels VERY much! :-))

Clipboard fold up

To read the charts in a better way, you can adjust the clipboards, and fold it up in two different positions! The mechanism is working well, and I have all screws etc. I need to mount it on my control wheel!

Parts of my clipboard

Here you see the cover board which is used to mount the clipboard itself on it. The cover board with the clipboard has to be mounted on the control wheel with three screws! I mounted it for a test, and it looks fabulous!
